Refund policy
1. No Returns, No Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than receiving a defective product.
No Refund on Charges on Cash on Delivery in case customer refuse to accept order.
2. Defective Products
If you receive a defective item, you may request store credit by providing:

Unboxing video as proof (mandatory for any claim).

Photos of the defect.

Order details (Order ID, date of purchase, and email used to place the order).
Requests without unboxing video proof will not be eligible for refunds or store credits.
3. Refund Method
If approved, store credit will be issued instead of a monetary refund. The store credit can be used for future purchases at OFFTHING® Valid until 1 Year from Issue.

4. How to Request a Store Credit
Send your request within 48 hours of delivery to support@offthing.com with the required proof.
